Backpacks for Appalachia

Once again, Faith Baptist Church will participate in the Christmas backpack drive sponsored by the Southern Baptist Convention of Virginia.

Participants will pick up an empty backpack with a packing list, which includes everything from snacks and school supplies to Christian literature. You are encouraged to personalize the pack by adding a note or photo, and of course, please pray for the child who will be receiving the pack.

We are blessed to take part in this ministry to make sure God’s Word is spread within our state as much as it is across the globe!

Filled backpacks are due back to church on Sunday, October 12th.
